This Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) stepper motor (D5185) is an OE-referenced replacement for Benelli and QJMOTOR motorcycle applications. It is manufactured to match the original unit in wiring standard, housing dimensions, and connector orientation, allowing direct installation without adapter harnesses or connector modification.

The stepper motor is supplied new and built to strict quality control standards, with every unit 100% factory tested before shipment. It features a European / EU (DIN style) wiring standard and European standard motor housing dimensions, together with a 90° connector angle and 8 mm adjuster outer diameter for factory-correct fitment. A fitted external O-ring ensures proper sealing, and the ordinary anodized adjuster head provides corrosion resistance for long-term service in high-temperature engine environments.

The IAC stepper motor meters the bypass air around the throttle plate, allowing the ECU to maintain target idle speed under changing engine load, coolant temperature, and accessory demand.
