This 42mm throttle body assembly (5WY2819A) is designed for Peugeot 405 applications, including early and later versions of the model. The OE-referenced throttle body is suitable for aftermarket replacement, wholesale, distribution, and bulk sourcing for applicable Peugeot 405 applications.

The assembly features a 42mm bore, die-cast aluminum alloy throttle housing, stainless steel butterfly valve, and Viton seals. Built to VDO/Pierburg OEM specifications, this throttle valve assembly uses a dual-redundant throttle position sensor (TPS) design for stable throttle position feedback and consistent operation. Each unit is 100% factory tested for thermal cycling, airtightness, and full-stroke angle calibration before shipment, and is backed by a 12-month warranty.
