If our vehicle has difficulty in starting, occasionally stalls during driving, starts normally, accelerates slowly at low speeds, and the decoder adjusts the code, it means that the intake pressure sensor is faulty, then we need to repair or replace the sensor. In fact, it is very simple to replace the car air intake pressure sensor, do you know how to do it?
1. Disassembly process
①Disconnect the ground terminal of the battery.
② Disconnect the connector from the intake air pressure (MAP) sensor.
③ Unscrew the Torx screws securing the intake air pressure (MAP) sensor to the intake manifold and throttle valve intake pipe respectively.
④ Remove the MAP sensor from the intake manifold and throttle intake pipe.
2. Installation process
The above is the replacement process of the intake pressure sensor that I briefly introduced to my friends. Usual maintenance will shorten the damage of various accessories or systems, so we still need to maintain our car well.
